- Can I do that better?
- Do I want to do that?
- Are they doing their best?
- Are they having fun?
- Do I think it's brave to do what they're doing?
- Am I brave enough to do that?
- If yes, and I want to do that, why aren't I do it too?
- Regarding yourself:
- If I heard someone say that about my friend or loved one, what would I say?
